How do I solve degree 99 on a hundred floors for kindle fire?

Query by Yumi: How do I resolve level 99 on a hundred floors for kindle fire? I downloaded 100 floors on my kindle fire and I'm caught on level 99. I looked up a lot of options but they all invlove using the + and - volume buttons on the sides of a mobile phone or iPod.
