Is it absolutely required to have a credit card when acquiring books for a Kindle?

Question by Dee E.: Is it absolutely essential to have a credit card when getting books for a Kindle? I'm arranging on acquiring myself a Kindle at some stage, but it'll be ineffective if a credit score card is essential, simply because I don't have a credit card, and neither does my mom. I know that you can use an Amazon gift card, but I have noticed that you even now require a credit card? Also, in which do you get the present cards? Thanks guys! I figured out that I can just get an American Express factor at the local Dollar Common and use that, so I'm all set! :D Very best reply:

Not truly, but yes. Simply because you can only pay it by means of Credit Cards, PayPal. I just will not know if they have auto debit arrangement or financial institution transfer. All other e-guide stores also use CC and PP. Here in the PHL, payment via cellphone, auto debit, credit card, paypal, and might build other channels to spend for e-books on line.
